RTS ~ Ready To Ship

All items listed are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.  Prices are in Australian dollars. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment.

Payment ~ All orders are processed via PayPal. This payment option is secure and protects the buyer and Earthborn photography props.  

Privacy ~ Information collected to process orders will never be shared or sold to a third party. 

Postage ~ There is a flat rate shipping charge for all Australian & International orders under 500g. Tracking is provided.  All packages are sent via Australia Post.

{Domestic} Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from Brisbane, Queensland. 

{International} Please allow 10-21 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary by country. The buyer is responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees. 

If you wish to upgrade your shipping to include Insurance or an Express Post service, please contact Earthborn photography props via the Contact tab.

Please check your PayPal delivery address for accuracy as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping details.

Exchanges/Refunds ~ Each item is handmade and therefore all sales are final.  Please choose carefully as Earthborn photography props does not give refunds/exchanges for change of mind.

Care ~ Every order is carefully checked before shipment. If you have any concerns about your order please do not hesitate to contact us. We'll be nice about it....promise!

Due to the delicate nature of handmade items, it is recommended items are hand washed in cold water using a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron embellishments. Believe me, I've had my share of laundering mishaps....flokati in a dryer anyone?!!

Safety ~ All items are designed for use as photography props only. Please use care and never leave a baby unattended in a prop.
